We strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used, washed, or worn products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards (if applicable).
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Defective products
• Damaged products
• Wrong products received

If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• If prepaid, the eligible refund will be processed according to this policy.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Refund Approval

All returns are subject to inspection after the product reaches our warehouse. We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
